Google Page Rank Update - Is Your Websites Page Rank Changing ?

I have been doing a little research and it appears that there are some changes to some webmasters websites google page rank.

Just this week, my test website had PR0, and after I checked the page rank again from a 'page rank checking tool', I soon realised that it jumped from PR0 to PR2.
